(Gas mask): was invented in world war 1, people never seen that thing before that. it was invented in 1915 by Russian chemist to protect the people by gas and its infection and make people able to breath.
These Gas mask were made to protect the Allied troops during world war 1, and also to protect the wearer from inhaling Airborne pollutant, and toxic chlorine gas.

The Mg 08 was the standard machine gun. it was invented in 1894 by Hiram Maxim.
it was the clumsy weapon by modern standard. The whole weight of this gun was 60 pounds, plus nearly 100 pounds for the carriage of accessories. it's maximum velocity was 900 m/s, it's rate of fire was 450 bullets per minute and it's also later used in china, Britain, and ottoman empire.

In world war 1, us army enlisted the Men's khaki cotton uniform, Corporals Chevron, with the campaign hat. before they announce this uniform they wear what ever they want and it was to difficult for them to recognize their people and then they came up with this nice cotton dress for a soldier to wear in war, this dress was so comfortable it has big pockets to keep the bullets and some personal things.
" the uniform enhanced a soldier's body, and my thoughts drifted to how magnificent he would look with his uniform puddled around his feet".

(The Paris gun): this name was given to a (German-long Range siege Gun), this was used bombard Paris in world war 1. when guns were first employed, Parisians believed that they had been bombed by the high-altitude zeppelin, as a sound of neither a plane nor a gun could be heard. they were the largest piece of artillery used by during the world war 1, by barrel length. this gun was able to fire shell from 120 kilometer (71 mi)away. muzzle velocity for that gun was (34 m). this gun was invented by Krupp gun company. it's barrel length was (44 m) long, in world war 1 seven of them were made and used.
